In this case, the team at 3ngage collaborated with the designer, product management, and training teams to create a fully interactive walkthrough of the blade changing procedure for their AutoMower product line. This experience followed the precise steps of the process, and the data capture provided the teams with insight into the usability of the procedure. This experience is deployed across multiple touchpoints in multiple regions.
